An emotional moment for the kick-off of the match between Cercle Brugge and Anderlecht, two former clubs of the former topschutter Josip Weber. His widow Irena Weber donated the shoes of her husband, which he topschutter was to the association. Cercle-chairman Frans Schotte and Anderlecht-manager Michael Verschueren posed proudly on the photo.

The Croat Josip Weber was a quick, deep striker with a nose for goals. In the 90s he created a sensation at Cercle Brugge, where he three times in a row topschutter was. He was also Red Devil, and ornamented at the age of 30, a transfer to Anderlecht. There he set up in 1997 after several injuries a point behind his spelerscarrière.
Weber died in november last year at the age of 52 from prostate cancer.
