Sinjar – The Iraqi jezidi activist Nadia Murad, who this year together with the Congolese physician Denis Mukwege for the Nobel Peace prize won, wants to use her share of the prize money to a hospital to open in Sinjar (Iraq).

The hospital will especially victims of sexual abuse deal, said Murad during a speech in the Northern Iraqi city, where they originally came from.
Murad was together with about seven thousand other jezidi women in 2014 kidnapped by fighters of Islamic State and was for three months by them, tortured and abused, before they managed to escape and fled to Germany. She and Mukwege received the Nobel Peace prize for their fight against the use of sexual violence as a weapon of war.
