This ‘sobriety coin’ is issued by the organisation Alcoholics Anonymous and people who have their 12-step program successfully completed to gain this award.

“This is yesterday happened!!! A great moment in the new journey I’ve started. I am fully focused,” says a proud Charlie. Sheen was in Hollywood known as an avid user of both drink and drugs.
