In the pact are guidelines for dealing with the flow of migrants. The 34-page agreement, which fully entitled the Global Compact for Safe, Orderly and Regular Migration’ is called, to ensure that migration flows in better jobs. It should be next week at a summit in Marrakesh to be heard.
