In the west of Iran Sunday evening for an earthquake with a magnitude of 6.4 in the province of Kermanshah more than two hundred people injured. That have the local authorities notified.

The epicenter of the earthquake was located 17 kilometers southwest of the city of Sarpol-e Zaheb, on the border with Iraq, at a depth of seven kilometers.

Within hours after the largest quake were still seven aftershocks recorded, according to the geophysical institute of Iran.

The region was in recent years repeatedly shaken by earthquakes. In november 2017, demanded an earthquake of 7.3 in the same province yet to 620 deaths and more than 12,000 wounded.
