The Mercuriusprijs is for 30 years the most prestigious prize in the trade and is presented by Comeos, the federation for trade and services in Belgium. Restaurant and food truck Balls & Glory is playing in on the trend towards the ‘dish of the day 2.0”: the quick bite that is not fast food, but high-quality, authentic and durable. Not only meat-eaters are on their traits; there are also vegetarian and vegan options.
