Fleetwood Mac stroke in June 2019 as headliner down to Werchter Boutique in Werchter and at the 50th edition of the Pinkpop festival in the Netherlands, Landgraaf. That made the festivalorganisatoren announced today.
The British-American rock band in 1967 by Peter Green founded and is named after band members Mick Fleetwood and John McVie. In more than 50 years, sold the band worldwide more than 100 million albums and signed for classics such as Albatross, Go Your Own Way, Dreams and Chain.
Next summer, plant the band a handful of concerts in Europe. The new formation consists of Mick Fleetwood, John McVie, Stevie Nicks, Christine McVie and newcomers Mike Campbell and Neil Finn. “With them we will all the hits that fans love. But we the public certainly also surprise you with some gems from our rich oeuvre. Fleetwood Mac is always a creative evolution. That spirit we all genuflect during the upcoming tour,” announced the group.
On Saturday, June 8, is Fleetwood Mac headlining at Werchter Boutique. Other names are soon on the line-up added. The ticket sales start on Friday, november 9, at 10 a.m. via ticketmaster.be and proximusgoformusic.be.
The group is also one of the three dagafsluiters on the anniversary edition of the Pinkpop festival, from 8 to 10 June in Landgraaf. A return, because the band was also of the party on the second edition in 1971.
