Australian Damien Howson will remain two years longer in Mitchelton-Scott

The Australian rider Damien Howson has his contract with Mitchelton-Scott extended by two years. The 26-year-old Howson cycle since his professional debut in 2014 for the WorldTourploeg from their own country.

Howson is a former world champion time trial with the promises. As a pro he won last year a stage and the overall classification in the Herald Sun Tour.

For Mitchelton-Scott (ex-GreenEdge), he drove all six grand tours, including this season, the Tour and the Vuelta (which team-mate Simon Yates won).
