’Bones Vatican are of a woman’

VATICAN city – A preliminary examination of the bones under the Vatican embassy in Rome have been found, suggesting that they are of a woman. That, reports the BBC.

The option that the remains of Emanuela Orlandi, is still open.

Monday was an almost complete skeleton, with some other bones, found under the floor of the Vatican. Immediately’s thoughts went back to 35 years ago, when two 15-year-old girls go missing and are never found.

Researchers have now established that it is virtually certain to be female remains. Or the remains of Emanuela Orlandi, or Mirella Gregori, or possibly of both, by dna testing. It is expected that within 10 days of confirmation.

’Often disappointed’

The brother of Orlandi responded subdued on the news, and suggested that he have the disappointments you’ve had. “I was surprised that the Vatican police immediately, the idea came up that it was the remains of Emanuela and Mirella Gregori could. How do they link?”, he wondered.
