Phillip Cocu’s Sunday night fired as coach of Fenerbahçe. The Dutch coach was only four months in service with the Turkish club.

The dismissal of Cocu, there was an hour and a half after the defeat against Ankaragüçü. Fenerbahçe lost Sunday evening for a private audience with 1-3 of the team from the capital.

Thus came the negentienvoudig champion for the fifth time in a row not to win in the competition. On the list is Fenerbahçe by nine points from ten matches only fifteenth.
