There is a marathonuitzending of episodes of the popular series “F. C. The Champions” in the cinema. That is, the public channel One reported via Twitter and the message has been confirmed by the VRT spokesman Hans van Goethem.
The cinemamarathon is a result of a call from a fan on Twitter to episodes from the series of 24-hour continuous broadcast on a large screen. The fan is someone who hides behind the so-called twitter account of Fernand Costermans, the brocantier/pigeon fancier, played by Jaak Van Assche. This twitterer wondered how many retweets of his call there were necessary to a genuine “F. C. The Champions”-marathon to be organised in the cinema. One was the challenge: in exchange for 5,000 retweets would the marathon be organized.
Now the 5,000 retweets are reached, please notify One via Twitter that promise of debt, and that the bioscoopmarathon “F. C. The Champions”, effectively. On what date exactly and in which cinema or cinemas that kijkmarathon is organized, it is not yet known. “This is later in the day communicated, of course, also via Twitter,” says VRT-spokesman Hans Van Goethem.
