Old-Celtic-striker Samaras to stop playing football

Samaras came in 2001 at the age of sixteen to sc Heerenveen. He played until January 2006. Manchester City took Samaras for 7.5 million euros, after he in vain had tried, through the arbitration committee of the KNVB a departure force.
