The Austrian Patrick Konrad and Gregor Mühlberger, Luke Pöstlberger and Felix Grossschartner have their contract he BORA-hansgrohe all extended until the end of 2020. That made the German WorldTourploeg Tuesday known.

Patrick Konrad (26) was this spring, including seventh in the Tour of Italy and Paris-Nice and tenth in Flèche wallonne. Earlier this month he took in the Canadian WorldTourkoersen in Quebec city (fifth) and Montreal (ninth) also a place of honor.

“He knew this season, a real breakthrough, especially with his seventh place in the Giro. For 2019 he deserves a role as a leader,” underlined team manager Ralph Denk.

Gregor Mühlberger (24) wrote last month a stage in the BinckBank Tour to his name. Last year he was national champion on the road. “With my first victory in the WorldTour and my Tourdebuut I have, I think, met the expectations. But I want to continue to grow,” he says.

Luke Pöstlberger (26) this season for the second time Austrian champion on the road (after 2012). Last year he won a stage in the Giro.

Felix Grossschartner (24) finished the season tenth place in Paris-Nice. In his second Giro, he was 27th.
