Bill Cosby will on Tuesday hear what punishment he gets imposed for three charges to which he has been found guilty: penetration after drugging, penetration without consent and penetration during unconsciousness.

The comedian is by dozens of women accused of sexual harassment, drug and sexual abuse.

The two days of the trial Monday was suspended. Judge Steven O’neill will be Tuesday the penalty determination. Cosby was in april 2018 found guilty of three charges, which were submitted by Andrea Constant. In the United States, it is customary that the punishment later to be pronounced.
