Matthias Schoenaerts has the Ensor for best actor for his role in “Le Fidèle”. That happened during the Gala of the Ensors in the Kursaal of Ostend. The actor came to the price itself.
Schoenaerts got his Ensor, thanks to the votes of his colleagues. “I want all my colleagues to thank, and also my opponents. This is not really a competition, so it is strange to still have to get an award,” said the movie star.
Schoenaerts thanked Michaël R. Roskam, director of “Le Fidèle”. “I love you! You are a dear friend.” Schoenaerts wore his statuette to his mother.
It was after D. O. P, editing and “Product Design”, already the fourth statuette for “Le Fidèle”, and there are even ceremonies.
