“I work for the project together with a number of young writers,” says Lloyd Webber. “It is great to be with non-peers work together. I am really deep impressed of what to do with the story have done.”

Webber is this fall, busy with the filming of his hitmusical Cats. But he hopes still for the end of the year the music from the new Cinderella is ready to have. The Brit scored the last years in New York and London, a large theaterhit with his musicalbewerking of hit film School of Rock.
The componistenduo Rodgers & Hammerstein made the end of the fifties already a women of Cinderella. The title role was played by a very young Julie Andrews. The musical was first made for television; the first broadcast watched dozens of millions of people. They were followed by a number of theaterversies.
