Vitesse should be the preliminary do without the Chelsea-mercenary Charly Musonda. The 21-year-old Belgian has a serious knee injury and as a result is months off.

Musonda, who is in London to convalesce, walked out of his injury last week in the practice duel with FC Antwerp (0-0). The attacker was in that match his unofficial debut for Vitesse.

“After research shows that he has a knee injury and several months off,” confirms a spokesman for Sprint Friday. “It is difficult to say exactly how long it will take, but we are thinking of several months.”
