Backstreet Boy Nick Carter will not be prosecuted for sexual abuse. This has the prosecutor’s office in Los Angeles Tuesday to let you know.
The 38-year-old singer would be in 2003, an eighteen-year-old woman have been attacked. The indictment was in February 2018 submitted. Carter himself has always denied the woman to have trespassed.
The public prosecutor has the case dismissed, because the possible misbruikzaak barred. The victim was not mentioned by name, but in the American media was already suggested before that it would go to singer Melissa Schuman.
