The long-awaited sequel to the hit movie of 1986 has been delayed due to the difficult combat sequences and expensive visual effects.
Tom Cruise’s long-awaited sequel to Top Gun is still a year longer. Fans of the film could initially be in July 2019 to see the movie, but now they’re Filming began recently in California, 32 years after the first movie came out. Why the film is delayed for is not known, but an anonymous source tells The Wrap that it was going to be expensive visual effects and difficult gevechtschoreografie.
Cruise will once again be in the shoes of pilot Pete ‘Maverick’ Mitchell, and Val Kilmer plays his rival, Tom ‘Iceman’ Kazansky.
Recently it was announced that Miles Teller, known for Whiplash, the role of Bradley Bradshaw, the son of the character Nick ‘Goose’ Bradshaw, who in 1986 was played by Anthony Edwards. Also Jon Hamm, Ed Harris, and Glen Powell play a role in the film.
