A number of fans of the deceased pop singer Michael Jackson, is convinced that the voice of the King of Pop will not be heard on three songs only after his death were attributed to him. They pull even to the court, where they record company Sony and the administrators of the catalogue of Jackson sue.
The case is about songs that in 2010 on the album Michael released: Monster, Keep Your Head Up and Breaking News. A fan suggested four years after the release of those songs that the voice on those recordings is not that of the in 2009 killed Jackson himself. That theory was picked up by other fans, who go to court.
Some media spread this morning, the message that Sony would admit that the images indeed are false. Zia Modabber, the attorney of the rights holders, denies that there is admitted that Jackson does not sing. The first hearing in court went only on the admissibility of the complaint. On the basis of the case is still pending, says Modabber. Sony gives at the moment no comment.
