LONDON – The British authorities have the identity obsolete of the man who Tuesday rammed pedestrians and cyclists at the parliament. It comes according to sources around the government to the 29-year-old Salih Khater, reports the BBC. He is a British citizen originally from Sudan.
The police arrested the man immediately after the incident at the parliament building in London. A car hit several people and then came to a stop against a barrier. Three people were injured. The police did in the aftermath of the incident, raided three properties in Birmingham and Nottingham.
Khater would not have been in the domestic security service MI5 and the antiterreurpolitie. He was, according to sources from the BBC or a well known by the local police.
