French champion Roux celebrates after first ride in the Tour of Limousin

Anthony Roux (Groupama-FDJ) is the first leader of the French Round of the Limousin, a competition of first category on the European UCI calendar. The French champion was Wednesday in the opening stage the fastest in the sprint.

The three of Perrig Quemeneur, Anthony Perez and Angel Madrazo drove a large part of the 172 kilometres between Saint-Just le Martel, and Bonnat in the lead.
