Russia denounces ’draconian’ sanctions USA

WASHINGTON – Russia has angrily reacted to the “draconian” sanctions that the United States have announced. The Russian embassy in the US called the accusations that Moscow is responsible for an attack with the nerve gas novitsjok “far-fetched.”

Washington has introduced new sanctions against Russia announced because of an assassination attempt on a former double agent Sergei Skripal and his daughter in England. Russia has always denied there was anything to do with it. The embassy says that Moscow is correct in favour of an “open and transparent investigation” into the incident in Salisbury.

Washington thinks, in fact, have enough proof that Russia is behind the attack. The embassy said Wednesday at the American ministry of Foreign Affairs informed about the new criminal penalties, which later will be effective. “We have become accustomed to that we no facts or evidence were to see”, sneered the diplomatic post in a statement.
