Experienced French climber pulls to Vital Concept

The French procontinentale team Vital Concept, the arrival of Pierre Rolland announced. The 31-year-old French climber comes in 2019, about EF Education First and signed a contract for two seasons.

Rolland has been for many years a fixed value in the profpeleton.
