In London last week, the last part of the Skywalker saga went into production. Again, it is director J. J. Abrams that the task will take. “It is a bittersweet chapter without Carrie,” he wrote on social media.
With his words he means the sudden death of actress Carrie Fisher in 2016, that has been around since the very beginning of the franchise’s iconic character Princess Leia played.
Noteworthy: Fisher will be in the new ‘Star Wars: Episode IX’-film posthumously for the role of Leia Organa play. Thanks to old images of ‘Star Wars: The Force Awakens’ will allow the producers of her back for a moment to bring to life. The film will come in december 2019.
