Dozens of students injured after a protest for safe movement in Bangladesh

DHAKA – Dozens of students were injured in protests in Bangladesh. The students protesting for seven days because of the poor road safety in the country. The immediate reason was the death of two students; they were last week hit by a lot of hard moving bus.

The protests ran out of control in the south-west of the capital, Dhaka. According to witnesses, used the police rubber bullets and tear gas, which certainly makes dozens of young people were injured. Various media speak about an absolute chaos. Thousands of students would be on the leg.

In Bangladesh, every year 20,000 people in the movement, reports the WHO.
