14 dead and 36 people injured in major accident in Pakistan

In a heavy road accident in north west of Pakistan are Saturday to 14 dead and 36 wounded cases. A bus collided against a truck with oil. Reports that the Pakistani police.

The crash took place in the district of kohat on, in the province of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The bus and the truck collided head-on against each other. On the spot fell to 14 deaths. The 36 injured were transported to the hospital.

Road accidents are rife in Pakistan, inter alia, by the limited infrastructure, poor and badly maintained vehicles and reckless driving. According to the Pakistan department of statistics, there are annually about 9,000 accidents, where more than 4,000 people lose their lives.
