President at head at an election of Zimbabwe

HARARE – The Zimbabwean president Emmerson Mnangagwa is on top in the presidential election in his country. The electoral commission now has the results of elections published from nine of the ten provinces.

Mnangagwa has, according to the commission certainly 2.15 million votes, compared to 1.93 million for opposition leader Nelson Chamisa. The commission expects the results from the tenth province in the short term.

Results did not come

The presidential election was Monday, but the results did days wait. The electoral college was previously known that the ruling party ZIMBABWEAN government PF of Mnangagwa as the big winner of the parlementsverkiezing.

Opposition leader Chamisa had the victory already claimed. He concluded that the results faster known were made if Mnangagwa really the winner had been.
