ISTANBUL – In the south-east of Turkey are a mother and her eleven-month-old child to life by a bomb attack. According to local media, the victim is the wife of a Turkish soldier. They sat in a car at the time of the explosion, just past reed.

The government in Ankara assumes that the perpetrators must be sought in the circles of the banned Kurdish workers party PKK. “We will be the babykillers accountable, we are going to make their life unbearable”, promised the minister of Foreign Affairs Mevlüt Çavusoglu Wednesday via Twitter.
The attack took place in the province of Hakkari, which borders Iraq and Iran. It is home to many Kurds.
