The British actress Lily James has a week long not spoken to her voice save for the recordings of ‘Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again’. In the filmmusical she plays the younger version of Donna.
“I am my voice very often lost,” says the 29-year-old James to People. “I have often problems with it, that is very scary and bad.”
They looked very much looking forward to the role to life. Meryl Streep plays the older version of Donna. “I wanted to see what Donna is so unique, brilliant, brave, and courageous”, says the actress.
James has a lot of admiration for Streep, who, according to her “a great comedian is, that people’s hearts can break.”
