LONDON – Maurizio Sarri is, as expected, the new head coach of Chelsea.
That confirmed the English club’s Saturday morning, after the Londoners 24 hours earlier farewell had taken from Antonio Conte, who for the past two seasons and was responsible at Stamford Bridge.
The 59-year-old Sarri waved the past three years, the sway at Rome, that after the second place last season said goodbye to the Italian. Sarri signs a contract for three seasons at Chelsea, the Premier League on 11 August starts with an away game at Huddersfield Town.
