Van Uytvanck continues to shine and stands in eighth-finals of Wimbledon

Alison Van Uytvanck (WTA-47) is in bloedvorm on the London grass of Wimbledon. After her stunt against Mugurza she was in the third round in two sets too strong for the Estonian Anett Kontaveit (WTA-27). The 24-year-old Van Uytvanck won in the third round in two sets of the Estonian Anett Kontaveit (WTA 27): 6-2, and 6-3 after 1 hour and 15 minutes.

Zanevska is knocked out in second round doubles

Maryna Zanevska is Saturday at Wimbledon, eliminated in the second round of the dubbeltoernooi, despite three match balls.
