MEXICO CITY – The left-wing populist Andrés Manuel López Obrador, the presidential election in Mexico was won. According exitpolls he got Sunday between 43 and 59 percent of the vote. Obradors main rivals, Ricardo Anaya Cortés of the centre-right conservative PAN and José Antonio Meade of the ruling centre-left PRI, have him with his victory congratulations.
