Qatarees Samba emerges as the second ever under 47 seconds in the 400m hurdles

The Qatarees Abderrahman Samba is 46.98 the second athlete ever under 47 seconds dive in the 400m hurdles. Samba has established, that time Saturday during the Paris meeting of the Diamond League athletics.
