Ed Sheeran sued for 100 million

Ed Sheeran has a plagiaatclaim to his pants hang. His hit Thinking Out Loud would be too similar to Marvin Gayes Let’s Get It On. The company’s Structured Asset Sales has filed a lawsuit of $ 100 million, reports TMZ.

Previously, Ed also indicted for the same number. That was by relatives of Ed Townsend, who co-wrote Gayes hit single. That claim called the singer ‘bullshit’.

Let’s Get it On in 1973 and written by Gaye and Edward Townsend, who in 2003 died. Then bought Structured Asset Sales, one-third of the copyright.
