Hopefully it will make for extra spectacle,” says Vandoorne forward to this coming race weekend at the Red Bull Ring.
The Red Bull Ring is a track that despite its limited length, nevertheless a lot of challenges. So many riders often do on the end of their round, in the last two turns, in the error.
“I also enjoy really the last turn. You come into that turn while the previous turn is still not really done. The car is under pressure and with a lot of dedication you take the bend. It is a place where you still think you there is something faster blocked, sometimes it succeeds, sometimes not.”
Also the atmosphere is, according to Vandoorne always good in Austria. McLaren again, especially to try to make progress and some of the lesser results behind try.
“It is a great circuit and it is also always a great weekend. What the team is concerned we are looking to progress in comparison with the previous races,” decision Vandoorne.
