WASHINGTON – The U.s. Supreme court has Donald Trump one of his biggest victories as the president delivered his controversial inreiswet to approve. The law prohibits people from six predominantly muslim countries to enter the US.
With five against four votes made the court, dominated by conservative Republican judges, for the time being put an end to the lingering and fierce legal battle on this issue. Several lower courts considered the re-entry ban for muslims to be unconstitutional. The third version of the law was september last year blocked by one of them.
