The conviction against rapper Ismo from Breda, because of the insult of Jews and gays remains in position. That has the High Council decided. Ismo got a partly conditional fine of 1500 euro.
In its issue #one-man, two passages that according to the supreme court are discriminatory: “Faggots I do not give hand” and “I hate those fucking Jews more than the nazis.”
The court spoke with Ismo in the first instance free, because he would be protected by his freedom of speech. In the appeal followed a judgment for intentional groepsbelediging. Against he went in cassation.
Ismo broke in 2014 with #one man, one. His debut album The truth came out at number 1 in iTunes. Several videos of the rapper were millions of views on YouTube.
