James Harden may be the best player (MVP) of the last NBA season. The star of Houston got more votes than LeBron James (Cleveland Cavaliers) and Anthony Davis (New Orleans Pelicans).
Harden, nicknamed ‘The Beard’, a reference to his typical impressive beard, was the last season good for an average to 30.4 points per contest. No player did better. He led the Rockets to first place in the regular season, but Houston the title to donate it didn’t work. In the play-offs hit the Texans in the final of the Western Conference Golden State, and then his title would extend against Cleveland. For the 28-year-old Harden is the first time that he is to MVP is named. On the hall of fame, he follows Russell Westbrook.
At the same gala Monday night in the Californian Santa Monica got Ben Simmons (Philadelphia) the price for best newcomer (rookie). Coach of the Year, Dwane Casey (Toronto).
