Kit Harington and Rose Leslie are Saturday in the Scottish Aberdeenshire married. The two Game of Thrones stars gave each other the knot in the Wardhill castle. One of the castles is in the possession of the family of Rose.

Kit and Rose, both 31 years old, married, in the presence of family and friends, including a number of well-known stars. So were GoT-colleagues Peter Dinklage, Sophie Turner, Maisie Williams and Emilia Clarke from the party. Like GoT producer D. B. Weiss and actress Malin Akerman. After the ceremony, guests were surprised with a performance by the British band Mumford & Sons.

Kit had the creators of the hugely successful Game of Thrones series be asked to account for his wedding. The series is in the middle of the recordings of the eighth and final season. The creators responded to his request, so that all colleagues of Kit could be present on his big day.
Kit and Rose were last year september their engagement known via an announcement in the newspaper The Times. Last month, it became clear that the couple would get married in Aberdeenshire in the Wardhill castle, the home of Rose’s brother. In the county, is also the Lickleyhead castle, where the parents of Rose live. The castle was in 1499 built and has traditionally been the stay of the Scottish Clan Leslie.
Kit and Rose, who is best known as Jon Snow and his beloved Ygritte in the HBO hit series, received in 2012 for the first time in a relationship. A year later they went from each other, but they were in 2014 and again seen together at the airport of Los Angeles. Kit is still on display in the series.
