BULAWAYO – In a stadium where the Zimbabwean president Emmerson Mnangagwa on Saturday campagnebijeenkomst loved, is been an explosion. A spokesman for the president said that Mnangagwa is not injured and in safety. The Zimbabwean newspaper The Herald reported that two other people were injured.
Among the wounded would be vice president, Kembo Mohadi. That is not officially confirmed.
Mnangagwa spoke to thousands of people in a stadium in the city Bulawyo when the explosion occurred. The authorities do not know what the cause of the explosion. According to the spokesman of the president in the past five years, several attempts have been made to Mnangagwa to bring.
Mnangagwa was in november president. His predecessor Robert Mugabe had, after a military coup to clear the field. Last month made Mnangagwa (75) announced that on 30 July presidential and parliamentary elections.
