The 20-year-old Sosa will start Sunday as the leader on the final stage of 124,6 km between Grado and Trieste. He has 45 seconds ahead of the Italian, Giulio Ciccone (Bardiani-CSF).
The only Belgian on the list, Ben Hermans (Israel Cycling Academy) started not more to the fourth stage on Saturday. He needs Sunday to participate in the BK in Binche.
