Film director Quentin Tarantino in front of Hollywood in search of actors to roles to perform in his latest film ‘Once Upon A Time In Hollywood’. American actor Scoot McNairy, known for his roles in award winning films like ‘Argo’ and ’12 Years a Slave’, is the latest addition to the star cast, reports filmsite JoBlo.com.
The 40-year-old McNairy may be to us a relatively unknown name, on the other side of the large puddle he can fine credentials to submit. Since 2014 he plays the leading role in the tv series ‘Halt and Catch Fire’ and he had supporting roles in major productions such as ‘Argo’, ‘Twelve Years A Slave’, ‘Gone Girl’ and ‘War Machine’. He also had last year a leading role in the westernserie ‘Godless’ and a supporting role in ‘Fargo’, both on Netflix.
The cast of ‘Once Upon A Time In Hollywood’ looks no more impressive, with names like Leonardo DiCaprio, Brad Pitt, Margot Robbie, Burt Reynolds, Al Pacino, Michael Madsen, Tim Roth and Damian Lewis.
The film tells the story of the ‘hippie ‘ Hollywood’ of 1969 against the backdrop of the horrific Manson murders. The two main characters, played by DiCaprio, and Pitt, a former steracteur from a westernserie and his trusty sword.
