Special effect-maker Richard Alan Greenberg (71) died

Special effects creator Richard Alan Greenberg died. The Hollywood icon died Saturday at the age of 71, report American journals Thursday.

Greenberg was famous thanks to the title sequences of famous movies like Superman, Alien, The World According to Garp and The Untouchables. He got an Oscar for the special effects of the actieklassieker Predator with Arnold Schwarzenegger.

The Us has directed a number of films and series, such as the comedy Little Monsters and a number of episodes of Tales from the Crypt on HBO.
