MODENA – Osteria Francescana in Italy is again declared world’s best restaurant. The modern restaurant in Modena, chef Massimo Bottura was in 2016, and also all the best, last year had to settle for the second place in the election of William Reed Business Media.
Chef Bottura is known for its modern interpretation of classic Italian dishes that are also visually exciting. The top ten is almost identical to that from 2017, only the winner of that year, Eleven Madison Park, began to tumble into place four.
