JAKARTA – Indonesian rescue workers have Tuesday, the search resumes for survivors of a ferry on the Lake in North Sumatra was sunk. The bad weather hampered the operation. The approximately one hundred workers are plagued by rain and waves of around 2 metres high.

On the ferry there is space for sixty people, but were probably a lot more people on board when the ferry Monday shortly after departure, capsized and sank. Certainly, eighteen people were rescued by boats in the area immediately rescue. The body of one drowned passenger is safe.
