Monday signed the 19-year-old midfielder Denzel Jubitana a three-year contract with Waasland-Beveren. He comes over from KV Mechelen and signed his first professional contract with the Waaslanders. Jubitana is the eleventh new addition of the Waaslanders. But the transferkoorts there is still not decreased. Team manager Danny De Maesschalck states that there is further hard to gain is sought.
“We start with an almost completely new core to the season 2017-2018”, opened The Maesschalck. “And we do that also with a new trainer. Because some guys have a growth knew, and they left, was it necessary for us to strengthen with new material. We chose now for players in their country who did a whole season they have played and so matchritme. We have all really seen the work, where we used to sometimes purchases did after viewing the footage. So are we really sure of the quality of the newcomers.”
“We are further looking to strengthen” continued the team manager. “In the offensive section, we want to have a deep striker under contract. On the flanks there can be also something. And we also seek a second and third goalkeeper. Jihad Bizimana is not yet at the club, but at the end of this week expected. With Victorien Angban, there are still negotiations to renew his contract. If not, then we need a new midfielder. We want a season experience in which we connect in the top six. Just as we did during the first part of last season. With an ambitious trainer and a cast of actors that should be doable.”
