The Turkish champion should pay it, because the club has not fulfilled the financial terms and conditions previously provided by the UEFA were recorded.
The UEFA and Galatasaray have now agreed on a new recovery plan. In 2019, should the Turkish club to a maximum of 20 million euro loss, compared to 10 million in 2020. If not met these requirements, Galatasaray an additional fine of 9 million euros to pay for it.
