Alireza Jahanbakhsh has Friday night with Iran’s last practice game before the world cup won. The team of national coach Carlos Queiroz was thanks to a late goal with 1-0 too strong for Lithuania.

Iran came Tuesday as the first country in Russia and plays Friday 15 June against Morocco his first match of the world cup. The Asian team in the group stage also against Spain (20 June) and Portugal (June 25).
It is the fifth time that Iran participate in the world cup, but the country knew so far never to qualify for the knock-out stages. Four years ago in Brazil ended Iran as last in a group with Argentina, Nigeria and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
