Paris-Roubaix honors deceased Michael Goolaerts with kasseistrook

As a tribute to the much too early death of Michael Goolaerts will be a kasseistrook of Paris-Roubaix renamed to “Secteur Pave Michael Goolaerts”. Reports that Radio 2.

Michael Goolaerts died in april after a cardiac arrest during the kasseiklassieker. The kasseistrook in the Northern French Biastre, together with a commemorative monument on June 10, will be inaugurated in the presence of family and friends of Michael.
